Made-to-Order Policy
Every Gritachee creation is made exclusively for you once your order is placed. This approach allows us to maintain exceptional craftsmanship, reduce waste, and offer pieces that feel truly personal. As a result, minor variations may occur, adding to the uniqueness of each garment. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
Return & Exchange Policy
International Orders
• All international orders are treated as final sale.
• We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on international deliveries.
Domestic Orders (India)
Eligibility Criteria
• Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of damaged or defective items.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Requests must be raised within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Return Process
• To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and concern.
• Upon approval, detailed return instructions will be shared.
• The item must be securely packed with original tags and invoice.
• Once received, the product will undergo a quality inspection.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
Exchange Process
• Exchanges are applicable only for damaged or defective items.
• Once your request is approved, exchange instructions will be shared.
• After inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched.
Damaged or Defective Items
• In the rare case of receiving a damaged or defective product, kindly inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Please share clear images or videos for verification.
• Upon validation, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
